Fingers grope in darkness. Lips pound against each other, pulsating with shared heartbeats. A light switches on. Bodies quickly disentangle. The blonde gasps for air and straightens her hair and clothes; the brunette smirks.
"Aha! I knew you were holding clandestine meetings without me! What is the meaning of this?"
The Slayers cut eyes at each other. Uh oh. Busted!
I told you doing it on his desk last night wasn't a good idea! We must've moved something!
Chill, B. Watcher boy here wouldn't know two hot women having sex if it happened in front of him.
Buffy blushes and ducks her chin. Wesley pounces on her immediately. The girls endure his prattling, and when he finally lets up, Buffy mumbles an apology and then rushes after Faith.
They meet up in the street. "That was close." Buffy's worried; Faith laughs.
"So where to now, B? Your house?"
"No!" Buffy's quick cry makes Faith pout. Instant remorse sets into her, especially when she sees the emotions cutting deeper in her big, brown eyes. "I'm sorry. It's just . . . Mom would totally wig."
"No. It's okay." Faith waves off the moment, her unreadable mask returning.
Buffy grabs her wrist. "Are you okay?"
She smirks. "Five by five, B. Why wouldn't I be?" Because you don't want the others to know you're screwing my brains out every night after the slayage? The unspoken question hangs between them, but then Faith draws her to her and kisses her until Buffy can no longer remember her concern.
